According to organizers, the Summit which is designed to attract policy makers, global and regional industry leaders, is expected to support the Nigerian Automotive Industry Development Plan (NAIDP) by highlighting the crucial new steps being taken by the Federal Government to enhance investment and partnership in the sector.
Among other objectives, the summit will highlight opportunities for joint ventures, industrial infrastructure development, investments, vehicle sales, technology development, education and training in the emerging Nigerian automotive sector.
The event will also evaluate steps being taken by the Nigerian Government to support and maximize the potentials of the industry.
In a statement signed by the Director-General of the National Automotive Council, Engineer Aminu Jalal, the landmark event will create an avenue for the council to rub mind with stakeholders on the new automotive policy of the federal government.
Engineer Jalal is also confident that the summit would highlight opportunities provided by the policy for investment and joint ventures as well as the auto industrial infrastructure development.
Put together by Kempstone Media Ltd in conjunction with the National Automotive Council, the summit will among other things feature exclusive presentations from senior Government officials and industry experts, Multiple networking opportunities, Executive, plenary, special interest and hosted sessions.
Other highlights include, Governmental and industry leaders round-table, Cross industry panel discussions with Questions & Answers sessions, Technical workshops, and Product demonstrations.
